For the remainder of the 2023/24 Winter Season we will only have our Stateline Location open. Our Lake Tahoe Golf Course is closed.

This is not a free snow play area. You must have rented a tube or snowmobile to be able to come on property.

What specials do you offer?

Specials are not available until after the Christmas holidays as of the 8th January 2024 of which you can book online as of January 6th 2024. They are only available Monday-Thursday and are not available during holiday periods.
 
  • Winter Combo: 1/2 hour snowmobiling & 1 hour tubing for $140
  • Two Tuber Special: $90 Includes rental for two snow tubes for 1 hour.
 
We do not offer these specials on Martin Luther King Monday the 15th January 2024, Presidents Week 19th-22nd Feb 2024 and certain weeks during spring break. 

Can you make a reservation?

Yes, reservations are highly recommended.

Where can you park?

Stateline Location:

We highly recommend any visitors staying within the Casino corridor and Heavenly village to walk as we do not offer onsite parking.
Paid parking is offered by all nearby casinos, with Bally’s Casino/Tahoe Blue Event Center conveniently located directly across from our operation

Golf Course Location:

Public parking is available on site.

How many people at one time on Tahoe Snowmobiles property?

The volume will be adjusted as we progress through the season and will depend upon conditions, open terrain, and current safety practices being observed at the resort. We plan to start the season at a reduced capacity to ensure the highest level of safety for guests and employees.

Will food be available to purchase at Tahoe Snowmobiles?

Neither food nor drinks are available for purchase. Occasionally, water bottles will be available for purchase (Cash ONLY).

Are restrooms available?

Portable restrooms are available at Tahoe Snowmobiles for your use.

Can two people ride a snow tube at the same time?

Up to 2 adults may swap out a tube but they cannot ride the tube together. Children between the ages of 6 and 10 are permitted to ride together, while a child aged 3 to 5, measuring less than 42 inches, can ride with an accompanying adult.

What is the minimum age to ride a tube?

Participants must be at least 3 years old to tube. The minimum age requirement to ride a tube independently is 6 years old. For our 3 to 5 year old guests, riding with an adult is required.

Are we able to share helmets?

No, every rider must have their own helmet. Each snowmobile rental comes with two helmets. Up to 2 additional helmets can be rented for $5 each.

Can I bring my own tube or sled?

No, we do not allow any outside equipment.

Does everyone have to sign the waiver?

Yes, everyone on our property has to have a waiver filled out with their name, regardless of participation.

Why do I have to fill out a waiver if I’m just standing here taking pictures?

In case you slip and fall, or another customer runs into you, everyone in the situation is covered.

Can I come back to snowmobile if we want to get lunch after tubing?

If your reservation is a tubing/snowmobiling combo you cannot leave and come back as we cannot promise availability.

If you have multiple reservations for different time slots or are a walk-up guest, you can come and see us throughout the day, during business hours.

Can I get a refund?

No, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.

Can my 4-year-old ride between my legs on a snowmobile?

No, unfortunately, it is a strict policy of 5 years of age and children must ride behind an adult not in between legs on a snowmobile.

Is there a magic carpet to pull your tube back up the hill?

No, you will be pulling your own tube back up the hill.

Can I come on the property if I am not tubing or snowmobiling?

Yes, but we do charge a spectator fee of $10 per person.

Are there weight limits on snowmobiling and tubing?

Yes, the maximum weight limit is 450 pounds for snowmobiles and 300 pounds for tubing.

I am trying to locate your Stateline location?

We are located across Lake Parkway East from Bally’s Casino on the other side of the new Tahoe Blue Event Center. Head to the big 4 way intersection where the Tahoe Blue Event Center is and turn up Lake Parkway East where the Event Center will be on your right and our gate entrance will be on your left. What should I wear and can I go inside to get warm?

Warm clothing and/or snow gear; ie. goggles or sunglasses, sunscreen, boots, long pants, water resistant jackets, gloves, etc.  We are an outdoor facility without any indoor heated spaces. Please dress warmly for your visit. Porta-potties are available on site.

I’m 17 years old. Can I drive a snowmobile?

You must be at least 16 years old and have a valid driver’s license to drive the snowmobile and you must be accompanied by someone 18 years or older with a valid government issued ID.
