General Summary:
Responsible for carrying out the daily duties, including but not limited to: track set up and take down; preparing tubes for customers, distributing helmets to guests; instructing customers on how to work machines; instructing customers on safety guidelines, assisting customers in need; and disinfecting machines/equipment used.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Have snowmobiles and snow tubes ready at opening time.
- Disinfect machines/equipment used
- Assist guests with questions/concerns
- Timecard management

General Summary:
Responsible for carrying out the daily front office duties, including but not limited to: checking customers in, answering phones, reservations online and in person, restocking retail, handling sales; filing; and handling customers.Front Office Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer fishing sales via phone, in person and email for our Tahoe Sport Fishing Charters
- Handle customer snowmobile/tubing sales via phone in the winter season for our Tahoe Snowmobile & Tubing concession. May work in our Track offices for in person sales/check in during the winter season.
- Responsible for reservation email accounts
- Manage our daily inquiries on our web chat platform
- Assist with office inventory, restocking, etc.
- Presentation/Cleanliness of office
- Working closely with captains/deckhands to provide information on all fishing trips
- Maintaining accurate schedules for captains/deckhands
- Working closely with Snowmobile & Tubing track supervisors
- Assisting in any back office duties
- Responding to reviews on multiple online platforms
Required Knowledge and Abilities:
- Capacity to work as a team member or alone to achieve expected results
- Experience with Computers, Google Docs, Computer applications
- Capable of dealing with some rambunctious headstrong Captains and Deckhands.
- Have a knack for keeping the calm and camrodery between Captains/Deckhands and office staff.
Education and Experience:

General Summary:
We are looking for someone to effectively manage and operate our team at our two Snowmobile and Tubing tracks located here in South Lake Tahoe.
Must:
- have strong communication and management skills.
- have an approachable personality
- have an Outgoing personality who can interact well with customers
- be Willing to put in the extra effort to get the job done right
- be Efficient and organized in the workplace
- have a Love for the outdoors and winter activities however don’t necessarily have to have experience with snowmobiles/tubes/snow activities. We are more looking for the right fit to manage our team.
General Summary: Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overall management of the team
- Onboarding and training
- Work with supervisors to help them resolve employee concerns along with providing positive feedback to help employees to thrive to do better. Create a standard practice.
- Will work closely with upper management with regular meetings.
- Responsible for pre and post evaluations
- Scheduling of both track employees
- Resolving any guest issues and reporting to the office.
- Making sure all employees are up to date on all safety training
- Training of staff. Making sure supervisors have fully trained all new staff.
- Opening/Closing procedures are being followed and are up to date.
- Creating a solid communication line with all staff, weekly update meetings etc.
- Create a true team culture along with regular team building activities
- Monitor the daily financial performance at each track
- When incidents occur making sure they are reported and recorded and provided to the office.
- Stepping in when needed to assist with all duties of attendants as follows but not limited to: track set up and take down; preparing tubes for customers, distributing helmets to guests; instructing customers on how to work machines; instructing customers on safety guidelines, assisting customers in need; and disinfecting machines/equipment used.
Education, Experience & Requirements:
- Must have accommodation for the ski season (if space becomes available throughout the season we may have a staff housing opportunity)
- Must have a license and vehicle to move between the two locations (both located in South Lake Tahoe).
