We are open 7 days a week (weather permitting) .
Monday – Sunday : 10am – 5pm
We do not have onsite parking at our Stateline location. Our entrance gate is on Lake Parkway East directly across from the Tahoe Blue Event Center in the big meadow. All of the casinos provide paid parking however Bally’s Casino is conveniently located directly across from our entrance gate.
We highly recommend anyone staying in the Casino Corridor or Heavenly Village to walk. For those dropping off their party, we kindly ask that you refrain from stopping at our entrance, as it is strictly designated as a ‘No Stopping Zone’ to prioritize the safety of all. Bally’s provides one hour free parking allowing you to safely drop off anyone. Street parking is not allowed and you may be towed.

Please wait in line upon arrival. You may not be issued your rental at your pre-determined appointment time, but you will not lose any rental time.
Please keep in mind we take our last customers at 3:45pm. Everyone on property including spectators MUST sign a waiver so please complete prior to arrival to save time. By completing prior to arrival this will make your experience much more enjoyable.
